Refund / Return Policy

You may return any item in sellable condition within 30 days with proof of purchase for a refund or store credit. Plants that have been installed and/or neglected may not be returned. All merchandise sold on clearance is final.
The Natural Gardener is not responsible for damage to plants or merchandise caused by extreme weather conditions.
Items purchased with a check and returned within ten (10) business days will receive store credit only.
All returns and exchanges are subject to manager approval and will be approved on a case-by-case basis. Some returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
