COVID-19 Rules & Changes

Many of you are aware that Governor Abbott lifted the statewide mask mandate, effective on March 10th.

According to Section 4 of the same Executive Order GA-34 filed by Governor Abbott on March 2:
Nothing in this executive order precludes businesses or other establishments from requiring employees or customers to follow additional hygiene measures, including the wearing of a face covering.

As a private business we are making the personal decision to leave our Covid-19 rules in place until further notice. The health of our staff and customers has always been our chief priority, and we want you to feel safe when you shop with us.

  •  We still require appropriate* face masks to be worn over the nose and mouth. Children 2 and under are excluded.
  •  Please maintain 6ft of distance from those outside your party.
  •  Attend to children at all times.
  •  No cash. Credit/debit only.

*Please read CDC guidance on How to Select a Face Covering. Final decisions on a facial covering’s appropriateness will lie with TNG management. If a customer does not have an appropriate face covering we will happily provide you with one.

In efforts to keep a friendly atmosphere and move things along efficiently, we ask for and appreciate your kindly cooperation with our temporary rules. Our rules are not up for debate. Those that refuse to comply will be asked to leave the premises.

All guests must wear a protective face covering while shopping, including children above the age of 2.

Please maintain a minimum of 6 feet of distance between other shoppers and staff.

Parents must attend to their children at all times.

Dogs are allowed. We have asked our staff not to pet them as they walk around the nursery.

NO cash. Credit, debit, or gift cards only.

Maximum of 4 shoppers per vehicle.

Our Info Desk and non-store areas (display gardens and animal pens) are still closed.
